It looks so simple, but it does wonders to help stretch out your hamstrings, IT band, shoulders, etc. I don't particularly like to stretch, but I find that when I do stretch my workout the next day is inevitably much easier and my muscles recover significantly faster. My workout of choice is running (mid to longer distances) so I primarily use the strap to stretch my hamstrings after a run. Even if you aren't a runner, this strap is still worth a try- it does wonders!
