Happy Valentine's Day! Josh and I aren't into celebrating Valentine's Day, but we are planning to enjoy a fun dinner at home tonight. I'll be making one of our favorites - greek shrimp, and maybe even some GF brownies. (Lucky Josh, right?!)
In all seriousness, I do think Valentine's Day is a wonderful reminder to celebrate the different friends, family members, and loves in your life - romantic or friendly. Life can get so busy and hectic that it's easy to forget to tell someone you appreciate them, you care about them, or that you love them. So take a moment today to slow down. Hug your family. Call up an old friend. Smile at someone on your commute. There aren't many days out there set aside to celebrate love, so let's make the most of this one.
